bay, horse, by My Bill Forwood - Lucindy by Ocean Mouth
My Lu Butler was the first foal to be produced by My Bill Forwood. He was still racing in New York while LUCINDY was waiting for him in the breeding shed back in Maine. My Lu was born prematurely and was so weak he needed a blood transfusion to keep him alive. He turned out to be a pretty nice race horse. He would always give his best in every race and had a good "in the money" percentage.
My Lu Butler at Scarborough Downs, Driven by David Ingraham
My Lu Butler, all alone in the stretch.
My Lu Butler's most interesting talent was that he could figure out how to open just about any stall door you put him behind! "Escape Artist" would have been a more appropriate
name for him.
After My Lu couldnīt win races anymore he was given to a good home and is enjoying his retirement as a riding horse.
